OUR COOKING

We take you on a journey around the entire Mediterranean. The best seasonal products are sourced from local producers, prepared with care and served as they would be in a manor house of Alexandria, Corfu or Istanbul.

We offer you exquisite breakfasts, cool you off with local fruit and freshly squeezed juices, show you the art of slowly savouring your Greek coffee with a pistachio delight.

Our favourite Greek wines, ouzo and raki are brought to you to try with small bites of appetizers that we call "mezé". Olives flavoured with herbs from our garden, cheeses from our islands, pickled roots in olive oil, freshly cought marinated fish and sea food, cool and spicy dips and sprads are some of them.

Ask Angela about ingredients, tricks and recipes. Before long, she'll give you tips passed down to her by her father and grandfather, confectioners from Asia Minor. They shared their trade secrets with people in three continents. If you are really interested, she may ask you to bake or cook something with her.

KUNEFE or KNAFEH

East mediterranean syrup-soaked cheese pastry.

Mixed white cheeses, orange zest, kataifi pastry, cinamon flavored syrup. Served in a sizzling hot pan with Greek coffee.

BAKED ZUCCHINI MILLE-FEUILLE

Zucchini in baklava pastry springled with white and black sesame.

ALMOND-FLOWER LEMON CAKE

Almond flower, lemon, white chocolate. Gluten-free.

CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH FRUIT COULIS

Moist, dark chocolate cake, served with a purée of fruits in season.
