- 1,5 lt boiling water
- 1 cup hibiscus tea
- 7 tablespoons of sugar
- Peel of one whole orange
Place hibiscus tea in pot and add boiling water, sugar and peel of a whole orange (without the white of the orange) and let it cool for 2-3 hours. It will allow the oils of the orange bring out their aroma.
Serve with orange juice ice cubes and a slice of orange.
