Ingredients
For the Kataifi dough nest: 
- 250gr Kataifi
 - 150gr melted butter
 
For the mushroom filling:
- 10 large white mushrooms
 - 80gr butter
 - 1 large onion
 - 2 garlic cloves
 - 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
 - 3/4 cup cream
 - Salt & pepper
 - Dill to garnish
 
Instructions
Untangle kataifi until fluffy, add the butter and make nests in 14 cupcake bases.
Cook in moderate oven for about 5 minutes until golden.
Slice mushrooms, onions and garlic.
Cook in butter until nice and soft. Add remaining ingredients and cook for a few more minutes.
Fill nests with mushroom filling. Springle with finely chopped dill and serve.
