Ingredients
- 1 cup sunflower oil
 - 1 cup margarine
 - 1 cup white wine
 - 1 cup caster sugar
 - Zest of two lemons
 - 2 tablespoons baking powder
 - White & black sesame to top bisquits
 - Flour for all uses (as much as needed)
 
Instructions
Mix the ingredients being very carefull with the amount of flour: the bisquits will be too hard if flour is more than needed.
Always let your dough rest for a half hour.
Before resting the dough must be sticky on your hands.
After preheating oven, bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.
