Agents’ Terms & Conditions.
THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED for a reservation to be valid:
► Agents book our guests’ transfers to and from the hotel’s doorstep, inside the Walled City (see below). *
CLICK HERE TO BOOK your clients’ arrival transfer to our doorstep (if you don’t already have contact details of a licensed Taxi).
You can either book and pay the provider directly or ask us to book, pay, and include the cost in our hotel’s bill.
► Estimated arrival time is known to the hotel 48 hours prior to arrival.
► The required deposit is paid at the time of booking and the remaining amount 7 days prior to guests’ arrival date.
Agents are required to provide valid credit card details with sufficient funds for the required.
If a payment is made by bank transfer, details thereof must be brought to our knowledge by the agent at the time the payment is made.
* KÓKKINI PORTA ROSSA is in the Medieval Town, which is a restricted traffic area.
Only a small number of taxis are licensed to drive to our hotel. All other taxis and transfer companies drop their passengers outside the walled city.
In that case guests have to find their own way and walk with their luggage from one of the Wall’s Gates to the hotel.
Note: We are not allowed to use our Hotel’s means for transfers and porter services.
PAYMENTS:
- 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking (the credit card provided with your reservation will be charged).
- Full payment is completed 7 days before arrival (the same credit card will be charged).
- On One-Night bookings (when accepted) and on Bookings less than 21 days Before Arrival 100% is taken
CANCELLATIONS:
- Until & including 21 days before arrival: NO CHARGE
- 20-1 days: 50%
- Arrival Date / No Show / Early Departure: 100%
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- All terms and conditions mentioned above, as well as our General Terms & Conditions must be read and understood before making a reservation
- All actions required to be taken by agents as mentioned above are agreed to be PREREQUISITES for your reservation’s validity
- Failure to fully comply may result to KÓKKINI PORTA ROSSA unilaterally voiding a reservation without prior notice.Charges will apply as per our cancellation policy.

Personalized Hospitality for our Mutual Guests.
Our partners are kindly asked that 7 days prior to arrival they let us know of our mutual guests’:
- dietary requirements,
- bedding arrangement wishes,
- allergies & intolerances,
- age, health & mobility concerns,
- cultural, religion or other choices the guests wish us to be aware of.
If no information on any of the above is provided 7 days before guests’ arrival, it will be assumed that your clients have no needs, conditions, preferences or requests we should be aware of.
Book a suite that matches your clients’ needs:
Some of our suites are of the mezzanine type (2 levels) and located on the first floor of our building (no elevator).
They may also have an “open-plan” layout, with no dividing walls between the suite’s areas (except the bathroom).
Please make sure the suite you book is compatible with your client’s health, age and other needs.
