Ingredients
For the herbed Greek yogurt:
- Strained Greek yogurt
- Fresh dill
- Shallots
- Cumin
- Salt & Pepper
For the warm chili butter:
- Butter
- Harissa (chilli paste)
- Smoked paprika
For the parsley pesto:
(Mix everything in food processor)
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Pine nuts
- Garlic salt or fresh garlic
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Poach the eggs.
Spread the herbed yogurt on plate’s bottom, place the eggs on the yogurt, top with chili butter on one side and pesto sauce on the other side.
Serve with sourdough bread.
