- 400 gr. feta cheese
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 200 gr strained Greek yogurt
- 1 small dried red chili pepper, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder or bukovo
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and make a smooth dip.
Make it as spicy as you like.
Serve with pita bread, crisps or toasted sourdough bread.
