Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 125g ground hazelnut
- 1 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 120g cold butter
- 1 egg slightly beated
- Pinch of salt
- Instructions
• Mix using your hands everything, except butter and egg
• After mixing well, add the cold butter, mix, add the egg, and mix again.
• Preheat oven at 170C
• Use the jam you prefer and cook until golden.
• Cupcakes need approx. 20 minutes.
