Ingredients
- 100 gr white tarama
- 1 small onion
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 slices white stale bread
- 2 cups of sunflower oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Method
Wet bread with water and then squeeze away the water excess.
Place wet bread in the food processor.
Mix all ingredients except the oil and the juice in a food processor until they are smooth.
Add slowly-slowly the oil and the lemon juice allowing the mixture to become creamy.
Taste for extra lemon and serve with bread or pita.
